"If you are a landlord and if you care about your home, stay away from this company! Terrible communication, uncaring, unwilling staff (if you can find them btw). My tenants also complained about them to me so it looks like it is bad for tenants as well. Worst experience!"

I was having issues with getting someone to answer my questions and after talking to 2 people and sending text and emails I was really frustrated. I called back and talked to Rolly and he took the time to not only answer my questions but to wait patiently will I tried to get ahold of my husband so we could set up a walk thru.He was very through and was very knowledgeable. "We were trying to get in to look at a rental property through the self guided tour and the website was not working or allowing us to get in. We had called before with no help. As we showed up for the tour we still had not received a text or email with the entry code. We called and spoke with Dan and he instantly was on it and within 5 minutes he was able to get a code sent! Dan was so kind and helpful."

"I spoke with Rolly today, he was very helpful with getting me the information I needed in a timely manner. However, the rest of my experience with Mynd left much to be desired. I was emailed broken links, the website was clunky, I had to verify my contact info an absurd number of times... and after waiting hours (assumed a human was verifying my identity), I was informed that my identity could not be verified. I am completely unimpressed with this experience, and will not be spending any further time dealing with them."
