"The place is ok, nothing special to write home about or visit. The prices are on the high side, so be aware of what you may be potentially buying before you actually buy something. Before I get bashed, I shop at consignment stores all over, so I am very aware of what prices are for items. The girls are super personable and seemed friendly. The black guy on the other hand was definitely not as friendly. Would I go out of my way to come here, not at all."
"As a company that has been in business years, the customer service and process is ridiculous. It’s and payout is still mailed. On top of no way to keep up with your items that are sold and still on consignment. I wish I would’ve read the reviews PRIOR to using these people. I noticed how the tone of phone calls and visit change when they are dealing with people of color. I cannot wait until my consignment period is up to get my belongings.
