"I’ve never been to the Moon + Arrow boutique in Philadelphia (as I live thousands of miles away out of state) but I ordered something online from their site and just need to tell everyone how wonderful this place is. First off, that was the fastest shipping ever. Obviously, with shipping, a lot of this depends on the postal service but the shop must’ve sent the item immediately and I really appreciate the effort involved in that. I would’ve been impressed with that alone, but when I opened the box, the shop surprised me with a beautifully gift wrapped item, complete with the detail of a pretty feather. I seriously felt the exceptional customer service through how nicely and beautifully everything was packaged. I didn’t even request gift wrap. They took it upon themselves to go above and beyond and add in those pretty details “just because”. I have a feeling if I visited the actual store, I’d be met with great customer service and kindness. Thanks for making my night, Moon + Arrow. ☺️ Everyone shop here! Support a great small business!"
