"I feel like Masonbrink just tries to rush me out of my appointments as fast as he can. I had a consultation for double jaw surgery and it was over in less than minutes. He didn’t care about my concerns or questions. However, My wisdom tooth surgery went well, which is the reason for my second star, but overall my experience was not good. Sherrie the insurance lady here is awful. She is rude, condescending, and doesn’t do her job. I was supposed to get Double Jaw surgery with Masonbrink, but Sherrie got my surgery denied by insurance AND the appeal denied. She blamed both denials on me and has an attitude every time we speak. She told me that I had no other options for it getting covered by insurance. I went to a different surgeon the next week and my double jaw surgery was covered by my insurance within the same week. Then, I started getting harassed for unpaid bill AFTER my wisdom tooth surgery, when this office literally does not let you go into the operating room unless you pay in full upfront. What a scam!"

"My daughter was taken to Riverside after being in a horrific car accident. She was seen by them. On a follow up visit the doctor asked if I wanted to get her wisdom teeth taken out while they were doing other surgical procedures to her face. I told the Dr. that if he felt she needed it, sure. Next thing I know I got a bill for $. I called and asked why my insurance didn't pay it because it covers that. They said they didn't take my insurance!! THEY FAILED TO CHECK FOR COVERAGE AND IT'S MY FAULT??? I didn't have $ especially after all the doctor bills from my daughter's accident. Now they're suing me! Which is fine. I can't wait to explain this to a judge. haha"

"No one wants to go through the stress of getting their wisdom teeth out but if it’s done successfully, you walk away happier, healthier, and fresher than before. I’ve heard wisdom teeth extraction horror stories for years. Out of fear, I’ve put off getting my wisdom teeth out for years. Dr. Masonbrink pulled my teeth today and did an excellent job. I can tell he operated with great precision and care. I have felt zero pain, minimal swelling, and no discomfort. Despite this I’ll still be following the orders of taking things slow. I’m fully impressed with Dr. Masonbrink and his staff's politeness and comforting attitude. I am so happy over the outcome of this much anticipated surgery. Mom also thought he was very handsome."
