I had to ask them about my window not up .it taken them a1/half hour to get it back up..after ward I taken a look at the inside door of my vehicle they had drill.bigger holes and mess up the fiber glass inside driver door which wasn't that way when drop.i feel that diagnostic should have not cause that type of damage whether repair at the mug or not.my vehicle should have better handle ..."
