My husband and I mobile order from Moe’s probably once a week. We’ve never had any issues and our order has always been correct. Tonight they forgot our queso so my husband went back to the store and the team there replaced the missing queso for us and gave him a second one for the inconvenience of driving back. Really love this store and appreciate the employees that work here. 😊

Very disappointed in one of our favorite restaurants. We’ve always frequented Moe’s.. but this location has dropped the ball on several occasions now with mobile orders. Last time it was not having white meat chicken available thru the app and blaming the app rather than taking responsibility and remaking the order. This time it was completely messing up the order, adding unwanted ingredients and missing others. Unfortunately, it’s time to go elsewhere..

Visited Moe's for their Monday deal. This restaurant was efficient friendly and tidy. Just one of their Monday deals was plenty for me and my fiance to share with leftover chips to feed to our dog. I loved that they had the packs of salsa individually packaged as it is much more hygienic than a communal salsa dish. The employees were all personable and focused on making sure the customers had everything they needed and that they were served quickly. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

Had steak burrito...Seasoned very well and was very good...Love the salsa...Definitely will try them again through Door Dash!!

The cheese was a little solid, not as hot and smooth as normal. And the meat dry. But the nachos were still really yummy and the staff there is always so nice. There is some indoor seating provided (about half, due to covid) as of 8/14. The salsas are pre-portioned and the soda fountain is flowing.. some of the flavors were out but they weren't grayed out so we just got soda water.. They seem to have mobile orders though I didn't use this function as we dined in.
