"They wanted to charge a $ diagnostic fee for something i got for free at the apple store. I also felt attacked as soon as i came in for not halving an appointment. Even though i did have an appointment. Seems like a high pressure sales kind of place. I can’t imagine how they would act if they had my device in hand. I would avoid this place no matter what!"

No evidence or analysis to back up this claim was provided. Took my Macbook to the Los Gatos Apple store, they fixed it in 2 days all under warranty."

"Referred here by apple support because of availability but greatly regret taking that recommendation. Expensive(labor is about % more expensive compared to stores like Best Buy), payment process doesn’t make sense and wasn’t explained, unhelpful and almost rude staff, appointment and pick ups were confusing and over complicated. They don’t answer phone. Didn’t fix my problem but I’m so sick with my experience I’m not going to ask for a refund. Enough time wasted with mobile kangaroo."
"I was told that it would cost $ to back the data up from my laptop that had been stuck in a boot loop. I declined and took the computer directly to the Apple store, where they showed me a very simple way to store all of my data on a separate device while I reset my own. I paid a diagnostic fee at this Mobile Kangaroo location, which seems like wasted money at this point, since Apple was able to help me very easily for free."
