"This please sucks!! I purchased a pre owned iPhone described as an “Excellent Condition” with a day “Warranty”. A week later the phones upper speaker was not working. Brought it in for repair. They called me to go pick it up saying was all repaired. They wanted me to sign something for receiving the phone, with out even testing it. I asked to show me the phone was repaired before signing. The counter guy started giving me attitude because I refused to sign. Then end it up the phone was not even repaired. Still speaker wasn’t working. So I had to leave the phone again for repair and come back. When I returned 3 days later the phone was finally fixed, but then I asked for repair warranty and they give me attitude and rude reaction. That is the type of customer service this place has!"

"Do yourself a favor and don't come here! My wife and son came to buy two iPhone two weeks ago, one of the phone is defective so it's come back for repair twice, we were informed that it would take from to hours to repair the issue not resolved or replace the phone, the first time she dropped off the phone it took three days only to find it was not repair correctlyor at all, the second time four days later we called and the associate said we try calling but got the wrong number. I think it's very sad when a small business competing with online sales makes such poor business decisions or practices that affect the customers that keep their business going. I hope whoever owns this place does get a hold to us to replace this defective phone, by the way I will keep you posted on this matter."
