Chocolate items always melted. Air conditioning system has been broken for years. I dont know why I stopped in here again and gave them another chance.

Great ice cream, tried the frozen yogurt and it was fire, but the staff wasn't the same. When I asked the staff for some ice cream, the guy was like, "This?" "Ayayayaya" "More mom?" How about ice cream?" (in indian accent), and it was super annoying.

All the soda machines were out of order the place is not clean and the employees are indifferent.

Much faster way to get Sweet Retreat ice cream. They only have a selection of the choices, but they have more to scoop at their cone section.

The young man was more interested in his phone and to lazy to make me a Hawaiian shaved ice. And I am Hawaiian native. Most likely the only one that will ever be in that store.
