The team is what makes Miraval special. Chef Ben helped make our trip an experience. It was great to get to know him as a person. He took time out to care about my daughter and I as individuals and not customers. Lee in the stables was awesome and was one of the reasons I returned so quickly. Kait made aerial yoga a ton of fun while still being incredibly safe. JJ was a wonderful archery teacher who turned it into a experience. Karen was super helpful in optimizing our schedule. Great relaxation.

Like others have stated below, our group of four can't get ahold of anyone to book our experiences. All four of us have emailed, called, left voice messages, waited on hold for long periods of time. No one will get back to us. We've stayed at the Miraval in Tucson before and they were incredibly communicative. This does not bode well for the high level of service we're paying for. I'll remove this review if someone from the hotel actually returns our communications but at this point we don't have a lot of hope...

Words Can Not express the level of peace and deliverance I received from this lovely, lovely place. The view of rolling hills outside of my window, fluffy down bedding, emaculate dining and spa options....Aaaaahhhh!!!! Heaven on Earth. The hammock meditation and equine therapy experiences still take me to a place of serenity in stressful moments. From the bottom of my heart Thank You. Will return w my besties soon!

Terrible mattress, service is not warm and welcoming but too strict on face masks. No bottles of water to be found and their filtered water is definitely not filtered. Smells like chlorine. The property is beautiful. So many little details make this an average stay. Nothing that makes you feel special.

I haven't even arrived yet and already this is not the experience I wanted. I've called four separate times and each time sat on hold for 20+ minutes waiting for an experience planner with no luck. I've emailed over 10 times with only the odd answer every 5 days that doesn't actually even resolve the issue I am having trying to book my experiences and finalize some details for other guests. A little surprised that this is the service you get when you're spending over $5000 for a two night stay. Seriously reconsidering this booking.
