"I went in for a covid follow up. Nurse never took any vitals, just did covid test swab. No BP, temp, oxygen, didn't listen to my lungs, nothing."

"Phone system, very difficult to navigate unless it is one of the options THEY want you to select. For certain tests, the government represents that these are paid for and at not cost to the patient. When you actually contact Minute Clinic, that is not the case. They are not "medical care" oriented at all."

"Terrible customer service; was late for a minute clinic appointment and they didnt have the decency to tell me they wouldnt see me...they just left me waiting for about mins ...until i had to stop someone who spoke with the "doctor" who was hiding out in the little rooms. ...Go somewhere else guys...they dont want your money"

"No idea about an experience never got in , made an appointment for now yes I understand you may run overtime with a previous patient but you should also accommodate to the times u provide and if u can't then you need to space out appoints rather than have them minutes apart. Lol "Hourclinic " waited so long my code was expired when I tried to cancel. (Left :)"

"Really disappointed in this location. I was visiting from overseas and the my own pharmacy had ordered a supply of my medications to carry me through my visit to the US but one of the medications was on backorder so I didn't have enough. I decided to try to use the minute clinic in Matthews to get the rest of the medication that I needed (a days supply). You can't reserve a spot online so the first time I went in was at 6: pm (open until 7: per the website) only to be told that the doctor had already left for the day. The next time I went in I used the kiosk to reserve a spot. The waiting time was over /2 hours but they were supposed to send me a text message so I left to run some errands locally. No text messages to tell me to head back. I initially figured they were just running really late so I didn't worry. But I finally (maybe 3 hours or so ) stopped back in to see what was going on to discover that my reserved spot had simply...disappeared. No idea why and no further slots were permitted for the day. A complete waste of time."
