"I made an appointment online in the morning for an afternoon appointment. I was seen right on time and both the nurse and nurse practitioner were extremely professional and very kind. The visit went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them and come back again!"

"Their automated phone system says walk ins are welcome but when you get their the employee has you use a screen to create an appointment. There was no option to talk to a person onsite when i called to see if walkins were welcome. When i got to the minute clinic i asked the employee what the wait time was. There were no customers sitting in the waiting area. All the doors in the minute clinic were open and no cistomers in the little rooms. The employee tells me i will have to use the computer to see what times are available. Why couldnt they see me then? Why couldnt they tell me the wait time? Why did i have to fill out 3 minutes of forms to find the soonest appointment was over 3 hours later? Why do they say walk ins are welcome ifyou are going to be told to schedule an appointment?"
