"What a gem of a watch repair place this is! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I walked in and had a new battery installed in my -year-old Citizen watch within 5 minutes! The staff was most friendly and accommodating. Price to replace the battery was very reasonable! Mike’s Watch Repair has an array of watches to see which mostly look like reconditioned watches; some very unique indeed. I highly recommend this place; it is now my go-to business for any type of watch repair! Thank you, Miguel!! Awesome!"

"Found this place on Google, needed the battery replaced in my high end watch. It’s on the 4th floor. I met Mike and his brother, who have been operating in this location for years. Two very pleasant gentlemen! They have classic watches for sale as well. Mike replaced the battery and I had him take a link out of the band and I was on my way in fifteen minutes, all for a reasonable price. You just don’t find this kind of service anymore. % will return."

"I inherited my fathers non-operational early 's Seiko Bell-Matic from his estate back in . I live on an island community without a watch repairman so I sent the watch away for servicing shortly after it came into my possession. After paying a couple of hundred bucks, a fair amount of time and a lot of postage, the fix didn't stick so I put the watch away for about 9 years and then recently decided to give a repair another shot. I was planning to vacation in San Diego with my family in June so I went online to find a watch repair shop in the area and Mike's had some good reviews so I brought it to his store. Leaving one of my most prized material possessions at a watch shop that I didn't have experience with and was also 1, miles away from home wasn't and easy thought - but as soon as I walked into the shop everything felt right to me. Mike and his crew were friendly, he opened the watch and looked it over, we negotiated a price , I paid 1/2 upfront and arranged to have it shipped back to me in Alaska and so off I went leaving my watch behind. A few weeks later, Mike called me and let me know that the watch was finished and so I sent him a check for the balance and the watch followed soon after. It has been running well since it's return and he also buffed out the scratches on the bracelet and the on crystal to boot. When I got it back it looked nearly new - and in one small way, I got my dad back too. Thanks Mike!"
