"I have had a terrible experience with MFI. My sales rep is Yann Belmonte. I ordered 5 certified refurbished hospital beds in September . I received an email at least every week saying the ship date had been delayed. Finally, in February I sent Yann an email asking if I would ever receive the beds or if I should just have the refund the money (over $,) so that I could purchase them somewhere else. All of a sudden the beds are available and ready to ship. I received the beds several weeks later. None of them are what I ordered. 3 are alike and 2 are different. The 3 that are alike are decent, but you can tell the side rails have been spray painted. The other 2....1 is so old that it has toggle switches rather than push buttons, the other had a scale but since I didn't order the one with the scale, they disconnected it so now the scale display is on the foot board but does not work and it has a ground error. I have emailed back and forth to Yann Belmonte letting him know I did not receive the beds I ordered and that I would not accept the 2 beds that had issues. First he wanted to send me a push button remote for the toggle switch bed and he sent a list of ways I could fix the ground error on the bed. After many many emails telling him that I would not accept the 2 beds he offered a $ credit for me to keep the beds, then said to return them I would have to pay the shipping. Why should I have to pay for their mistake??? Have yet to get this issue resolved."
