We went in on a Sunday and the store was BUSY. Despite that, we got helped in < 3 minutes. The salesperson was attentive, showed us a number options and offered some great advice. We purchased a nice suit at a great price. I've shopped at this store before and for the reasons mentioned, will be back!

Took my brother and had a wonderful experience, Ricky greeted us and took the time to get him suited up, great stories and an entertaining gentleman. If you need a suit Ricky will have you leaving looking sharp.

Small store with a limited selection. Staff rude and whatever task they are so busy working on is more important than greeting and acknowledging guest as they walk through the store. Not typical of a Men’s Wearhouse I bet this is one of their underperforming KPI metrics locations.

Went in with my son to get him some "professional attire" suitable for the East Coast work environment. Summer program specifically called out professional attire. I guess West Coast tech worker uniform of T-shirts and torn jeans doesn't cut it over there. Supply chain issues also impacting Men's Wearhouse, I never thought there would be a shortage of single breasted grey/black suits. In hindsight I should have asked how were the supplies of tuxedos, he would have been the sharpest dressed kid in the program. 🤔

Everyone seem to be busy with other customers and there is no waiting line. Why I was there, no one asked me. Poor customer service overall.
