"Came here to get loaded checked in said they had to work me in I was parked. By the docked I was going to get loaded in for bout 4 hours I sat on the side of the road literally by the dock I was supposed to go in nobody has showed up nor checked in dock was still open I go in to ask could I get loaded some how a guy pulled up and was next to get loaded in the same door I was supposed to load in where I sat for more then 4 hours in front of to get loaded to still have to wait two more hours to get loaded keep this in mind I checked in at didn’t leave to 6 my experience yours might be better then mines"

"I showed up to get loaded at :am on a 1pm appointment. The load was booked thru CH Robinson, and just like literally EVERY CHR brokered load they left out the fact they needed a empty scale ticket and 3 straps… HOWEVER I can’t fault MDT for CHR’s deceitfulness… Plus the folks at MDT were extremely nice to me. They loaded me within a reasonable time, and even offered to let me drop my trailer in a dock so they could begin to load me while I ran to a truck stop for straps. As for the empty scale ticket they offered me an email to email a loaded and empty scale ticket when I got emptied. All in all they were pretty cool and were super helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the location because you have to back in off the street; otherwise very nice people to get a load from. I wouldn’t even mind a contract to run their loads."
