"This place is disgusting ! They are a bunch of scam artists! Denise sold me a piece of junk ! The second hand stove that I purchased for $ came and was not working. They wanted to leave me with a broken stove the day before thanksgiving. The guys who deliver and install scratched up my wooden floors in two different places ! Plus they knocked off a piece of wood from my door frame while getting the stove into the house! On top of that, they are not trying to refund me my money ! Denise keeps reassuring they will refund my money but the owner isn’t available and I have to wait on him. They send me to voicemail and decline my calls! I have pictures of the damages and the broken stove they sold me. Never shop here !!! Nasty people, disgusting service, complete scam !"

"This is the worst place & business ever to take your appliance to be repaired. They definitely deserve a big fat 0 for service. Don't ever go there if you do not want to be ripped off and feel hopeless like I was and feel. I brought them on 8/7/ the sleeve ac shown on my photo because it functioned well but the air came out a little cold. I paid the technician Marcos a $ deposit. On 8/9/ I picked up the ac because the secretary told me that it had been repaired, paid an additional $ for a total repair fee of $, and took the ac home without turning it on in the store to make sure that it worked well. I placed it in my living room sleeve, and on 8// I plug it and turned it on. The blown air smelled like burned rubber, and on 8// I took it back to MD Broadway Electronics on Jerome Ave., Bronx. They didn't call me back at all, and when I called on 8// the secretary told me that the motor had blown out. On 8//, I went to the store and the technician Marcos told me that the compressor had blown out. I asked him if he could at least refund me half ($) of what I paid because the air conditioner worked well when I took it there and it just needed the air to be cooler, and he told me that he can not refund me any of the $. From my experience Marcos is a thief that rips people off their hard earned money. SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE AND DON'T GO THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED LIKE I AM. Español - Por favor nunca lleven ningún electrodoméstico a reparar a este negocio porque son unos ladrones. Yo llevé el aire de mi foto a reparar porque trabajaba excelente pero enfriaba poco. Me cobraron $ dólares y me lo entregaron peor. Al prenderlo en mi apartamento salía olor a goma quemada del aire y lo llevé de nuevo a la tienda. El técnico Marcos me dijo que el compresor se había quemado y no me lo arreglaron. O sea, pagué $ y el aire acondicionado me lo entregaron peor de lo que estaba cuando se lo llevé por primera vez. Ahorrense un dolor de cabeza y no vayan ahí a reparar electrodomésticos porque probablemente los engañaran como a mi ya que lo llevé a reparar el 7// y me lo entregaron el 9// y el // dañado y me robaron los $ dólares porque no me reembolsaron ni un centavo a pesar de que yo solicité que me devolvieran aunque sea $ dólares ya que me lo entregaron peor que como yo se lo llevé."
