1st time here. Nice staff, only $6/person to get in (suggest booking online prior). Great exercise. Map given at entrance. Good place to hike, bike, fish, swim or take pictures. Once in, you can stay until 10pm if you have the day pass. Bathrooms located throughout. Cabins available to rent or you can pay to bring an RV. Plan to return when in the Austin area again.

Very Beautiful. This area is where a massive amount of water used to be and it subsided to what is now this! Great place to get those steps in and bring your family! People even had dogs out there.. be prepared to walk!!

Enjoyed an afternoon of hiking with the family at the park. Well maintained trails with good signage. The Upper and Lower Falls are worth a visit as is the 500-year old tree “Old Baldy”. Plenty of accessible, clean restrooms and stations to refill water bottles. Fantastic value for money, especially if you have the annual state parks pass. Highly recommend.

We had a such a fun time here walking through the many trails and enjoying a break near the Upper and Lower Falls! It was very neat to see all the water holes in the stone and seeing the fish and turtles. We will be back to swim when it warms up more and definitely will hike again!

Beautiful place to visit. It was $6 dollars to get in during my visit. The staff working were very friendly and informative. Lots of trails for beginners to intermediate. The trails along the water are beautiful. There are also plenty of places to park and walk a short distance to see the falls. There are a lot of maps and well marked trails so you won't get lost. The bathrooms were really clean and plenty of them! Seriously recommend if you're a nature lover.

Short Features:

Open for day & overnight use all year Popular site for camping, hiking, biking & fishing, & for "Old Baldy," a 500+-year-old cypress tree.
