"I had a very positive experience with McClelland gun shop. After a big box store ordered the wrong rifle, with a replacement quoted to take "two weeks" I contacted Ron who stated they could get me the rifle within the time frame I requested (hrs). This was significant as I was en-route to a hunting trip after traveling back to the states from overseas, and had a very tight window to collect everything needed. I arrived at the shop as the rifle arrived, and after picking up a few extras were on my way. The staff I interacted with were all very professional and accommodating, so much so that McClelland gun shop will be my new go-to shop for future purchase."

"Took a vintage Browning Auto 5 receiver in to be re-blued. The price was very reasonable and the result was exceptional. They even managed to get it done in half the time they quoted, so no complaints there either. I wandered over to the store side and let the sales guy know I was interested in picking up a long range rifle but wasn't looking to buy anything that day. Even so, he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and spent nearly an hour going through the different options. Definitely a shop I'll be going back to."
"Purchased a gun online here and recently picked it up with my sister. Had no issues with the paperwork or them assisting me. The younger lady who helped me was very friendly, jovial, and pleasant. Even responded to a post-sale inquiry within….wait for it…MINUTES! The employees are: serious about 2A and following the law; real people with real livelihoods to maintain, who provide actual customer service; and want to help courteous and thankful customers while having to wade through infantile, sophomoric online comments. BL: It’s a gun store and they do gun stuff pretty damn well, IMO!"
