No matter how busy they get, the people who work here are always friendly and helpful. The quality of the meat is outstanding as well.

The finest meat and butchers in town. All the best meats and gorgeous fish. Beautiful sauces, cheeses, sausages, amazing sandwiches and squid ink.

Staff here was super nice and helpful and helped guide me towards the right cuts for my sushi/sashimi night. Got a pound of ahi tuna and a pound of salmon. Yum!

Simply the best butcher/fishmonger/bakery in Los Angeles!! It's the only shop I've found that stores and presents the produce on cold slabs/trays. Genuine care is taken to prevent contamination and keep the produce dry but not dried out. No blood and no melting ice, just fresh and clean food professionally cut and portioned; it reminded me of the best stores in Japan and Europe. The quality and freshness of all their food is exceptional. I'd highly recommend calling them before hand if you're looking for any special cuts or if you want guaranteed quantities of anything. They'll be more than happy to oblige!!

Simply the finest meat and ingredients for sale. There is only a handful of places I trust to provide good quality meats and fish this being one of them, it's out of my daily routine but I enjoy making a trip to stock up on everything I need. I would always support privately owned business and I trust these guys implicitly.
