Very friendly staff, but still professional. Everything is super clean and they never reuse wax. Seriously, the private rooms are spotless. Been going for 10 years and will continue for years to come. If you're concerned about pain, ask for Hina. She's as gentle as it gets when it comes to waxing sensitive areas.

I have been going to Max Wax well over ten yrs. I refuse to go anywhere else as I love the service and the cleanliness which is very important to me. All the technicians are fabulous and it's always a great experience.

I've been a loyal customer to this location well over 10 years and I must say that I’m extremely disappointed. The customer service of the technician has declined terribly and the quality of the work is poor which is completely unacceptable compared to the price the services cost. In over 10 years there's no special reward or discounts and the customer’s loyalty is not recognized or appreciated. They do have a reward stamp card but when it's time to redeem it they have a million stipulations and it’s very restricting. I must say that during the times we are facing its best to take your business elsewhere and Groupon offers same service from business that have better overall quality and employees that are eager to showcase their work and are inviting and welcoming. With this said, I finally parted ways from this business.
