"I ordered a king mattress & a queen plus box springs around midday on Saturday and they delivered both at 6:’ that evening. The queen went to the ground floor but the King had to go to the 3rd floor for our town house. The movers were very careful avoiding glass sconces and paintings on the walls. Also helpful in dropping both mattresses exactly over the bedskirts so that they didn’t require further adjusting after they left. The mattresses are great, just what I ordered & the movers were terrific. Therefore five stars. :)"

"Our experience at MattressFirm was A+! From surveying the different mattresses at the store with Myles to the delivery and installation process… couldn’t have gone better! Myles is extremely knowledgeable as a sleep expert and not only aided in making our decision but also made the entire experience super fun! I highly recommend you go see him in store at the Houston Heights location. The delivery team was also fantastic! They set up our bed frame in record time and managed to maneuver a king size mattress up a very narrow and tricky stair case. I didn’t catch their names because they were so speedy! All around, great experience. Hopefully we won’t be in the market for another mattress for several years, but when we are, we will definitely be making a trip back to MattressFirm!"

"Mattress Firm saved our Christmas. So, we starred out buying from Macy's, because they were advertising a lower price than Mattress Firm for the Mattress we wanted. We scheduled delivery for a specific day about a month after our order, because we had family coming for Christmas that night, and needed the mattress for them to sleep on. Long story short, Macy's completely failed; we never heard from them, and called them the day the delivery was supposed to happen, and they had not even recorded our delivery date. Mattress Firm came to the rescue; I called our local store, and they told us they didn't have the mattress we wanted, but they had a more expensive one we could use until the correct one came in. They price matched the lower Macy's price on the higher priced model they had, and arranged same day delivery for free. And they agreed to swap out the mattress they sent for the exact one that we wanted when it came back in stock, free of charge. The delivery came, on time, within five hours after we placed the order. Delivery people were professional, quick, and careful, and brought the mattress right in to our bedroom for us. It was a perfect experience, and my inlaws had somewhere to sleep by the time they arrived. In short, Mattress Firm saved our Christmas. We will probably never shop anywhere else for mattresses again. They can't be beat."
