"Please do not come here if you do not have insurance. I came to see Annette Gemp as she helped out my mother who does not have insurance either. However, I settled for a different dentist. I paid out of pocket for everything until I could not afford the implant. They signed me up with a payment plan that resembles a payday loan that require for me to pay $ a week. After signing me up to pay for the extractions and bone graft, they scheduled an appointment for the implant. I scheduled off work and came to the office for them to tell me the loan wouldn’t cover the implant even though I have kept up with the payments. She said I had to pay it in days or it wouldn’t cover the implant. If they manipulate their customers without insurance this way I can’t even begin to imagine how they cut corners and play with insurance to get what they want for the big bucks. I feel so defeated.. this is not the first time I have left their office crying. Their best condolences was showing me a picture of the times she emailed me to call and explain while leaving no explanation on the email for someone who sleeps during the day and works nights. I was told too bad I signed a contract online, one they rushed me through because I was desperate to get a painful tooth out of my mouth. Be careful, they will take advantage when they can."
