"John is a great instructor! He showed and explain to me how to throw punches, and kicks. Also, he was very attentive. He watched for my jab and cross, made sure I did that correctly and corrected it when I did not do it right. I was shy away from the bag and did not throw hard punches or kicks. But slowly I got more comfortable after a few practices. I feel more aware of my stand, punch, kick, and footwork. My classmates are very friendly as well! They are buff haha but very friendly.
