"So I recently did an order and two weeks prior to my event I had to cancel my reservation. I made sure to read the contract and nowhere does it mention a restocking fee. Nor was I told about one. It wasn't till the first day i called to cancel I was told there would be a % restocking fee. For what I have no clue because It was about weeks in a half at this point before my event. Says she needs to speak to her general manager. Second day, I call I was then told there would be a % restocking fee. Third day, I call again and she then tells me her manager said %. I don't find this fair when nowhere was a restocking fee mentioned. Then to change it 3 times and go through with it on a Friday. Without my confirmation. Not cool!"
"NO STARS! I drove 1.5 hours from out of town to rent items for my daughter's wedding to find out Marqee in San Antonio MOVED from Thousand Oaks to an unknown location 8 MONTHS AGO! HOW is the google address not updated yet?? This was a huge inconvenience and waste of time. I am of course going with a random company I found down the street that has the CORRECT google address. Please get this address updated before your company looses more business."
"They were HOURS late and reeked of weed when they did eventually show up. When I called to tell the managment what happened on Monday (they are closed Sundays) I was told a manager would get back to me. When we eventually heard back from him it was to tell us that they had double charged us for delivery. After telling the GM what happened he 1) acted like they had done us some grand favor by doing the thing we paid them to do and 2) "Well, what do you expect us to do about it?". As if asking that people who are delivering the tables for your wedding rehearsal be on time and not so high that they get lost between San Antonio and Blanco (its literally a straight line between the 2) is just too damn much. I will say that the Austin location has been amazing to deal with and much less rude, but I still would stay far, far away from these people if you want a stress free event."
"I would give zero stars. I had to spend several hours cleaning stains and dried food off of my tables, benches, and chairs. I received two different knife styles so my silverware did not match. About 1/4 of the chairs I received were severely damaged. My rentals were embarrassing and several of my guests made comments about the condition of my chairs. I contacted Lisa with my concerns and sent her pictures. She agreed that my rentals were not up to their standards, but stated there was nothing they could do about it. I can’t believe I paid $ to see busted chairs in my wedding photos!"
"It was my master graduation and I needed to rent chairs and tables , I called several companies and none of them had anything available , probably they didn't wanted to rent since it was only 3 tables and chairs. Jo helped me and immediately sent me the quote via email , In addition to that I couldn't take the chairs and tables back because I don't own a truck and I couldn't find someone with a truck , I call them and they were super nice about it and gave me an extra day to return the items!! thank you !!!"
