"After an Exchange of Propane Gas found it’s only lbs of gas instead of ~lbs ..Costs $! Not happy with the business! Rate only 1star"
"Worst place to ever go to call to inquire about pricing for my business and the guy tells me he doesn’t like shoppers and won’t give prices over the phone and then starts to curse me out I’ve never heard of this before from a company I will be not shopping here ever. I would never talk to my customers that way."
"Would have been zero stars if possible. I am somewhat new to buying wood (2nd year in a new house). This guy came by and convinced me he dropped off a cord of wood. This should be 4' x 4' x 8' stacked! first he told me no, that means a pile of wood that size (so the pile he threw off the back of the truck should be 4' x 4' x 8', which that wasn't even close to true as you can see from the picture). Either way, when i stacked it, the wood was around 3' x 3' x 8 ' which adds up to cubic feet of wood give or take (a cord of wood is cubic feet). I texted him nicely asking about the difference and he called me saying he has been doing this for years, and I don't know what I am talking about. Also, the internet definition of a cord of wood isn't right! HAHAHAHAH. I lost the battle, because he told me if I wanted i could return the wood to him, and then get a refund (how could you pull that off, since I asked for delivery since I don't have a truck to transport wood)!! I guess customer service doesn't mean much to some people. I will never be going back to this place, and I hope this review deters others. Unless you are ok with getting ripped off and then being spoken to like you have no clue how business works."
"I’ll admit, he may be a little eccentric, but he was excellent in follow through. I arrived to exchange the tank but it was closed. His cell phone was listed. He instructed me to leave the tank and that he would stop by my house after his current delivery.. As I wasn’t home, I had to instruct my wife . Mark called me a little while later and said that he was at the address but my son was there and not my wife. I chuckled and said, “well, that was not the right address” and gave it to him again. He laughed as well and then went to the correct address. My wife said he was very nice and considerate."
"Have to laugh at how rude this guy is on the phone. Ask a question, you get -" I am in business years, I do not need your business". He is right- would not give him a dime. Call Prianti Farms... great people and 5 stars. Guess the STAR system works."
