"The first call I made to Mark Cohen was answered by him personally, and before we ended the conversation I had been given a free consultation and hope for the outcome of my trial. It seemed effortless the way he squashed my charges and got my warrant cleared, which can only reflect the skill with which he practices law, however, I was not expecting for him to be so caring and easy to talk to as well. Having Mark on my team felt like having an arsenal of legal skill and court connections at my back. I could not have asked for a better outcome!"
"I want to thank Mr. Cohen for representing my nephew on a case of aggravated assault with seriously bodily injury it was a very tough case. I was kind of skeptical at first because my nephew’s resume did not look the greatest, especially if it was to be presented to a judge, Prosecutors were trying to use his past = Resume against him by requesting high bail and linking him to gangs. Mr. Cohen was able to get my nephew release without bail, this was a gift considering the charges and the fact that it would have been impossible for us to pay bail and lawyer’s fee. The charges were very damaging and it could have given my nephew 5+ in jail, it would have been damaging for the case if we let a public defendant represent my nephew. Under supervised release my Nephew was able to be home and the family agony was dissipated. Mr. Cohen will always receive my blessing; he is the person to trust. I was out of state throughout the process and he always kept me informed and up to date with new request and how he was going to target the request of the DA. It was a moment of pressure at the beginning and then later on as my nephew then got arrested again for driving with bad plates, it was like the cherry on top of the wrong ice cream. Mr. Cohen calm us all and told us that there is solution for everything, He is a master when it comes to negotiating. My Nephew’s final charges were a 6-month program and misdemeanor for the 1st case that should have been a felony and a disorderly conduct for the 2nd case with $ fine. I knew that I was not to risk my Nephew’s freedom, I knew that Mr. Cohen was the only person that could represent and that he was going to take all the necessary actions to get a fair deal. He worked and fought very hard to get the best deal. He is helpful & and a very caring attorney. Thanks to Mr. Cohen my Nephew received another chance. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. Thank you Mr. Cohen and God blessed our family with you. You are an angel. Another plus is that Mr. Cohen speak Spanish and he was also able to update my sister."
"Mark is not only a great lawyer he’s a Top-notch attorney very reliable and professional lawer."
"I’m so very grateful to Mr. Cohen. His counsel was so helpful and comforting. He was interesting and made legal matters understandable. There is no way another attorney should be considered for your case."
"Useless attorney. Should've gone w/ public defender. A misdemeanor charge in which I was actually the victim, he couldn't either promptly dismiss or succesfully advocate. Milked me for cash on Zelle w/out retainer, strategy or considering evidence. Blowing his own horn, berating client on phone calls, wish he'd bring that energy to courtroom instead. A prima donna type, perhaps good for wealthy white collar criminals but not for the common folk. A waste of time, money & energy."
