"Great coffee and pastries. Been to every Maman location and this Soho one is not it at all. Subpar employees and food presentation was just unfortunate. Ordered the Sakara latte that was supposed to be w oat milk and saw her make it w regular—it seemed like a very busy morning and I didn’t want to cause a scene but that’s just absurd. For an overpriced latte w a milk substitute you’d think they’d be concerned what if the customer was lactose intolerant? Anyway, hope the management in this specific fixes this! Seen some not so good reviews."
"If your looking for a great little coffee shop and bakery then this is the spot for you. This small locally owned shop shares a space with a beautiful little boutique. The drinks are wonderful and the baked goods are divine. We were especially taken by the flavor and quality of their homemade quiches. The eggs were rich and fluffy, while the crust was perfectly baked, buttery and flaky."

"I had a private event here in their outdoor space in the back and absolutely loved it! The service was excellent and the ambiance is cozy and inviting. The decor is so warm and lovely! The food was pretty decent. I did think some dishes could be better but their canapés make good enough finger foods. The communication with the venue prior to the event was great; they were prompt and provided detailed information."
