"I was very disappointed in the service that I received. I did a full treatment of laser hair removal and it was not successful. There was still quite a bit of hair growth at the end which was way more than they told me would occur. I called several times to speak with the manager about what to do in this situation and never received a callback. I left several messages and sent emails just trying to figure out how to move forward since the service wasn’t successful and no one had the decency to return my calls, answer any questions or help me figure this out."
