My child attends MCS. She’s been a student there for almost three years now. I love this school and appreciate the education my child is receiving. I most certainly enjoy the fact that my child is learning French and has music classes. She’s learning how to use different instruments which is great. When my daughter was in kindergarten I had an issue with the teacher. I e-mailed the Principal and that SAME NIGHT she scheduled a meeting with me for the following week. Any and every issue I’ve ever had has been addressed immediately, which is a PLUS when it comes to kids. Both 1st grade and 2nd grade teachers have been a GEM. I appreciate the fact that I can e-mail the teachers and get a prompt reply from them. I never feel like I’m a bother to them. I’ve watched my child’s mind develop so much throughout the years. The level of care and education she’s receiving here is something I’m not sure she would ever receive in another school. The saddest part for me is that this school doesn’t go...

Exceptional school!!!! They teach the french language, music theory, oral presentation, presentantional skills science, math, Humanities starting in Kindergarden. The school is a mirror of the exemplary leadership of Ms. Genie Depolo. I recommend this school to every parent.

Great Principal..wonderful and safe environment for the kids.. very communicative and helpful staff. teachers effectively communicate with parents. I take my Son from Queens everyday...

Horrible school. I have never encountered such lazy and in interested staff. Especially when it comes to children. My daughter was bullied and falling behind tremendously and I reached out to the school more than 4 separate times. Nothing was ever done. It was as if I was pestering them. Just reading through the comments it’s clear I wasn’t the only one. So happy she’s out of that school. SMH!

Do NOT place your children in this school. My son has went there from kindergarten to 1st grade and we will not be coming back. Not only do they not educate properly, my child was involved in altercation with an employee whom he told me threatened to physically harm him because he was mishaving. The teachers nor prinicipal did NOTHING to resolve this, & the woman involved is still employed by them. Trust me when I say, you are way better off with finding your child/children a public school!
