He gave his recommended choice for repair, but I chose to keep the necklace length and have the necklace smoldered back together where it broke. He was still very courteous and provided fast service for my specific repair, minutes. I have no frame of reference for a price point, but given the quality of workmanship and time, it was well worth it. I would come here again if the need arises."
