FAQ:
"I ordered the Esquire Magazine Winter US Edition. What I received was the Esquire Magazine Spring UK Edition. I am very unhappy with my incorrect order. March 4, Hello Magazine Cafe, do you have an update when your customer care representative plans to remediate this issue? Thank you."
"This is a unique store with huge array of both local and international magazines. The location also has a good deal of stationary and a bit of food. Worth a look if you're looking for something new."
"They have great customer service and great assortment of international magazines."
"Pretty cool store, lots of magazines, so much we had to ask several times the friendly seller where to find the ones we were looking for !"
"I have no convenient foreign magazine store where I live. The major bookstore chain does not carry .9% of the foreign magazines which Magazine Cafe does. Therefore, I need to order them online and pay for shipping... I sure appreciate the ease and convenience of ordering from Magazine Cafe. However, I have to deduct one star from my rating because of three reasons: On many occasions, I have to send an email to ask if my orders were already mailed. I've waited almost one week yet my order's status says 'processing'. Only when I send an email to them then they say it's mailed and give me the tracking number. So I do wish they can mail customers' orders upon receiving them in their system because they will charge customers' credit cards immediately, however, which is not right. Oftentimes, their website will carry the incorrect magazine information. By this I mean if there's a magazine pictured, and you click to order, what you actually will see on the order page is a completely different magazine! It wastes one's time."
