Nick in the cosmetic section is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and only speaks about products that he is familiar with. He’s a honest and fair associate with his coworkers. He gives awesome customer service. Nick is a great asset to the company and you all are lucky to have him. Thank you and keep being great Nick. He is the reason I’ll visit this location again. ( I’m the lady who purchased products to help me not look so tired 🥱)

Easy access from either sides of the mall, and great staff. Found the racks to mostly be out of order even at the store open time. To make things worse, they weren’t able to apply season discounts automatically when checking out - I had to provide them with info on the sales myself, one by one.

I went to purchase a gift for someone and when I walked to the perfume counters all the ladies looked at me like I was out of place. One of them laughed at me while I was looking at something. I didn’t understand what was so funny? By the way they came off it was apparent that they didn’t think I could afford anything? I tried to brush it off but I’ll never be back to this location. Very rude ladies.

Looks like a decent place to shop. Unfortunately they have signage that effectively disarms law abiding citizens, leaving them helpless to effectively defend themselves. Since criminals aren't known for obeying laws, that basically leaves criminals to bring guns to use with little to no resistance at this location. Sorry, but as a law abiding & self defending citizen, I'll have to avoid this victim & target rich environment.

The is an anchor store so it's multiple levels. I think three but I'm not sure. It was an amazing experience. This store is huge and they're back stage is the neatest I've ever seen, in all departments. The assistant in backstage was very helpful. I like the selection at this location. I was able to find multiple sizes options in clothing. I primarily shopped in the clothing department. The one thing I would change is the check out. I was only able to find one register outside of Backstage open. There were two people working at it but there was still a long line. Overall a wonderful experience UPDATE: 2.14.2022 Toys R Us will be coming to this Macy's sometime 2022
