The deposit was perfect. Very friendly, professional person. Said to take time to make the registration (that takes 3min) and take a coffee. The price is a bit expensive ($20/8h) but the process looks secure and it’s NYC though… The pickup was slightly different. A bit crowded by people staying in the hotel and waitress didn’t explain what will come next in the process. I’d drop my luggage there again if needed.

Details about payment were misleading. It is not two dollars an hour as stated, there are extra insurance fees. Also the app did not work well. It would be so much easier if you could just give the nice people who help you cash. Forcing people to go through the app is cumbersome and it did not work

We arrived to NY very early in the morning and our apartment wasn't available yet, so I looked for an option of storage for our luggage. I found . .the "LuggagaHero" App It is user-friendly, has many options for storage all over the city. we contacted one of the places, the owner was waiting for us, we went over the suitcases, locked them and photographed the numbers. we came back after a few hours and received our luggage . I paid via APP which was very convenient. It was a good experience and very helpful to a tourist in a large city with huge suitcases.

LuggageHero service is great when you find yourself in the city with many hours between hotel checkout and your departing flight. LuggageHero helped us get the most out of our last day in NYC. The host at our designated location was very friendly and gave me peace of mind that our belongings would be secure and safe.

The app was great. We reserved a space at a nearby hotel and were able to enjoy our final day in NYC without pulling luggage behind us. When we checked our bags the attendant was vey helpful. When we retrieved our bags there was a huge thunderstorm but the attendant helped us load the suitcases into our Uber. Very great experience. I will use this Luggage Hero every time I am in NYC!
