"I have been a customer of loyalty pawn for years even before they were loyalty. I have never been so upset with a store ever in my many years. I go to the florin store and lately it has been issue after issue. My latest is going to have me walk away from loyalty for good and take my business else where. I called the store on the rd of February to get the link sent of all my owing tickets. The assistant manager sent me the link so I paid it. On March 4th I get a text saying I was in default for 1 item. I called and got no where with her again. I went into store and was speaking with a male and she took over the conversation and still couldn't get no where. I called on another day and spoke to Mark and basically just kept getting told to just pay it. She failed to do her job and I get treated as if it was my fault. I told Mark I get paid on March st and I would make the payment then but when I called him today to get the link sent to me he refuses and wants me to come in. I told him I was out of town and if told me I needed to come in then I wouldn't have left. I am at a loss with all this and I am really not interested in dealing with loyalty any further. As soon as I am able to remove all my items from this store I will be doing so and will not be returning. Everytime there is an issue it seems to alway involve the assistant Manger lady. All could have been avoided if she just would have called me said she made a mistake."
