Went to self check out and a guy named Andy was working it. My fiancé asked about using his military discount and Andy was extremely rude. Told us that Lowes doesn’t do military discount even though we all know they do. Made our check out experience very frustrating and definitely not how you help customers. Disrespectful

I went to lowes after researching prices at lowes and Home Depot. Home Depot was cheaper by $70 for the 2 appliances I was purchasing but went to lowes bc of the price match guarantee. When I asked “Josh” about the price match he became very nasty and said, repeatedly, that they don’t price match. When I told him that it says they do on the website, he responded that he is a supervisor and aggressively repeated that they don’t price match. Well okay, supervisor “Josh”, thanks to your outstanding customer service, I went to HOME DEPOT, where the prices are better and the service is much more professional. Good job saving your company $70 - I spent $900 at HOME DEPOT!! And I’m including photos of your price match guarantee…which you say doesn’t exist.

Horrible customer service, I called to find out about my home delivery and I was immediately told I had to call a third party delivery service. In trying to explain to the CS rep she went on to hang up the phone on me... Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.. I will never shop at this location again.

It's like a store inside but it's big and full of hardware like some sort of store for building and hardware supplies. I didn't get stabbed here so that's kewl

I made the mistake of ordering lumber for a workbench and having them deliver it. Yep. They picked out the junk reject wood and dropped it off.
