"Came here for Columbus to get a clue things Columbus was out of. The availability and price listings were accurate. The staff member whose help I enlisted to find the shelf I needed was friendly. However, the organization and cleanliness of the store was subpar at best. Items and carts strewn through the aisles making it difficult to maneuver my own cart through. The convenience I don't care about, but trip hazards galore. Columbus is not this way at all. My experience was good here, but clutter must be addressed."

"I simply called to ask if I could make a no receipt return on some items to get in store credit. I called and told them exactly what I was wanting to do. They said no problem and to bring it in. After hauling these very heavy items to my car and all the way into the store I was only then informed they wouldn’t be able to help me. They did have some workers load it back up for me though so that’s a plus I guess."
