🌟Best service at any Lowes ever, hands down, by one specific employee, Joshua, in the flooring department. He rocks and should be employee of the decade! 🎈He made up for all the bad experiences at every Lowes ever! 🌟

My step dad and I went to lowes looking for screws, it was very busy when we got to the line to check out, but the Store manager was checking customers out. It was so good to see him involved. I had to read his badge twice to make sure it said Store Manager. I’ve never seen store managers this involved. He even walked out to help load a item for a customer. This made my heart smile because he is very humble. I have been telling everyone. That made my day, thanks to the Store Manager, I wasn’t trying to stare but that’s something you rarely see anymore, Great Custimer Service.

At least 50% of the plants are dead because of neglect and overwatering as well as the store being completely disorganized you can barely walk down some of the aisles. Tried calling to speak to a manager and never got ahold of one and some of the employees are straight rude and unprofessional. This place will soon go out of business If they continue managing their store like this.

They usually have everything I need. Not impressed with their curbside delivery tho. No one ever answers the phone! Why offer it then? But employees are friendly and very helpful. They offer a 10% military discount for veterans which is awesome! I get all my appliances they them.

Got in, found what I needed and was out in only 15 minutes. Everything is played out and marked so it's easy to find with minimal help required. When I did need assistance the employees were great. Will definitely keep shopping here.
