"Nice location with a helpful and friendly staff. The organization can be extremely frustrating and it seems that aspect may be in a perpetually fluid state. The recent location change of air filters in this store from the location I had gone to since around my high school graduation threw me for a loop. I'll probably go to the old location before remembering the change a couple of more times, but I understand the more commonly purchased items being closer to the front. I gave up on the door pan sill that showed in stock online, but couldn't find anywhere in the store. I was told to check all of the clearance stands throughout the store for another item. I know this is consistent with most of the Lowe's I've visited and see it primarily due to relocation for sales or marketing shifts. I guess the first sentence of this review covered the store, the rest is for Lowe's as a company."
"I gave it a star only because it won’t let me do any less. I shop here out of absolute convenience, and I dread going here every time. Not only do I know the each isle will be blocked in some manner but it’ll be nearly impossible to find what I’m looking for let alone a staff member that’s knowledgeable. My most recent experience had a customer service/ cashier employee remove items from my cart and tell me she couldn’t sell them because they weren’t “in the system”. When I said, I’m sure there’s a way, other employees ganged up to say, we can’t sell you this. Had I not stood my ground and demanded a solution, the cashier would have done nothing. Not to mention that I waited no less than 5 minutes to check out while I was the only person waiting and there were no less than three employees within ft of me that could help. I’d like to say that this was a one time experience, but damn near every time I go and need any assistance, this is a result. Additionally, I’ll mention that because the Lowe’s app is often wrong and I needed help finding an item, an employee slammed down items he had in his hand when I explained the I could not find an item located where the app said. As if the thousands of dollars I spend a month at this store is some how an inconvenience."
"A very neat and clean and organize business. It is very helpful that you have the free air outside to pump up tires. Thank God because it save me a trip and money. I appreciate that and whoever thought of that idea of putting the air pump outside was great. Especially for all of the contractors in people doing work and utilizing Lowe's for supplies. That was the perfect idea. Also I like the fact that there is a discount for military veterans. That % helps out a lot especially when tackling big projects. It helps save money that you can pay someone to help you do your job or to invest more in what you are working on. I feel that Lowe's is a business that is part of the community and takes care of the community. I strongly urge and suggest that you use this business for any building supplies and other things you may need. One good thing is that you can also get wood cut to size that you want and also you can get all the items to custom size. The employees are very nice but probably could work on their knowledge of products, however each Lowe's appears to have a subject matter expert that can point you in the right direction if a certain employee can't help you. Another key point is that they have a return policy so if you buy too much would you can bring the unused / on damaged product back and you can be refunded the amount or you can use it credit towards another purchase or switch out for the same product. You can't beat any of these things there for Lowe's is the best. Thank you"
"Store was very neat and the inventory assortment for spray paints is large, which was my main reason for shopping at this store. The customer service I was given was exceptional. I was looking for a particular size piece of wood to make a 4 ft. Welcome sign. The person helping me was very helpful and insightful on what the store had to offer and the cutting services available to meet my needs."
"Awful, rude, condescending staff. Just had a terrible customer service experience…which sadly is not uncommon for this location. The older lady, with short blond hair said she would not take back a plant that they had sold me that turned out to be infested with fruit flies and died within 4 days from root rot (due to their staff overwatering the plant undoubtedly) I was well within the day return window, and returned within a week. She refused to do the return and said I could call the manager (since I was in a hurry to make an appointment I could not wait and physically track down a manager and speak with them at that moment) Well guess what… no one can seem to successfully transfer me to a manager on the phone. If you’re going to sell infested / disease ridden plants … you need to honor your return window. Go local for your plants, don’t waste your time here only to be belittled and rudely spoken too. Will never return for anything at this location. Will go to Cliffdale & Fayetteville where I have been shown respect and human dignity."
