"This Lowes is less that a mile from my house, so convenient, but I am baffled by how they stay in business. I have literally been in the store during periods when cashiers, self-checkout lanes, and garden shop was closed. I had to put my items back and walk out - no one to give money to. I have had pulk purchases rescheduled 2 or 3 times after speaking to a local associate. Service is slow, inaccessible, and on occasions - rude. I have met a few really helpful people working there, but they don’t seem to stay very long. Time for a change in management."
"Lowes in Lilburn Ga has the best customer service crew. Thomas Dye and the staff spent hours helping me search for my lost iPhone earbuds yesterday as if they were their own. Everyone in that section got involved and even though they still hadn’t found them, they promise to keep looking. What an amazing group!"
"For such a big store Lowe's should definitely look to hire more people. I only saw two cashiers while I was in the store shopping and they were both off to the side just having a conversation amongst themselves. So I go to the self check out and 3 out of 4 machines were not working."
"I called this place several times with no answer and I called the 5th time I got an answer from a nice gentleman name Malik. He takes time understanding your needs and wants and gets the job done quickly. I think this store needs to move him to management."
"Called twice to confirm availability. The first time the tool department just rang so I called back to speak with customer service, once I finally reached someone she asked what I wanted then immediately said “one moment” then transferred me to the tool department where I sat on hold just so they can not answer, again. Might as well delete your phone number if you’re not going to actually help anyone. Lowes is getting to be just as bad as Home Depot."
