We were looking for an item they didn't have in stock. A worker looked it up for us. He was very helpful. Showed us how to look it up online and order it.

It was an extremely busy day out with lots of cars on the road and this store was jammed packed with DIYers. They started a new Pro account system to mimick HomeDepot and no one seemed to know how to use it. If we have to check out at a separate counter perhaps you should put a large sign up so pro account holders will go there. They advertise priority service but I had to get in line with everyone else only to discover the register wouldnt allow me to use my pro account. I pressed the assistant button and they only had 1 person assisting who was overwhelmed by the number of people who needed help. It's astounding to me how people can come in the self checkout lane only to ask the attendant to ring them out anyway. They should have at least 2 attendants in the self check out area on busy days like this one. Reverse back to the flooring area which was crawling with people who needed help and again only one attendant to the area who could help but was overwhelmed by the number of peop...

Lowes has a great model of selection and cleanliness, this store does that well. I can always find what I need and at a competitive price. The staff is always helpful.

As far as what you expect to find at a big box hardware store Lowes has everything and big aisles so shopping is a good experience. But, 3 self check out registers we're open and none with a normal check out lane. Might have been a person running the register down at contractors but I didn't look . Traffic in Fairview hgts. sucks and one end of the parking lot is shared with the Chic filet line so 3 stars is the best I can give

Reverse back to the flooring area which was crawling with people who needed help and again only one attendant to the area who could help but was overwhelmed by the number of people who needed assistance. This store will need to do a better job with cross training specialist so other store attendants can assist when areas get too busy. On the plus side, all the other staff were very nice and always stopping to help. The paint area had 2 attendants and even though they were high demand, they were the nicest and most helpful area in the entire store. The bathroom and plumbing attendant was excellent as well at helping me find the contractor's pack of toilet kits I needed and saved me tones of money on buying those. The flooring options were very well-organized and they had more than enough samples to grab and play around with before I finally settled on something I liked. One of the guys from painting came and helped me lift the heavy flooring as well as round up the other painting tools I needed before checking out. Overall, it was a fun experience just could use some more help in self check out, flooring, and better guiding pro account holders."
