"Do not use their arbitration services!! I do not know what the other reviews here are talking about, however I will tell you that the arbitration and mediation services at LACBA are corrupt and biased towards clients, you won’t win against the army of lawyers behind lawyers behind lawyers. There are “rules” to arbitration but guess what? LACBA does not have to follow them, you do tho if you use their services. They will allow the arbitrator any leeway they like, as they are both immune to any civil proceeding that would be brought following the arbitration. Did you know that arbitrators can decide cases unfairly and against the law but their findings still stand in court? So be careful who you allow to arbitrate your case. The arbitrator (Claudia Weaver) assigned to my case was not intelligent (and I’m a doctor so I assess intelligence everyday) and a serious nut who verbally and emotionally abused me during the arbitration but don’t forget they are immune. The LACBA “strives” to have their arbitration be fair and neutral, but they do not require it, so arbitrators can act as wildly as they’d like during an arbitration hearing with impunity. Beware of this entity and the lies on their website. They have “rules” which they don’t follow, they are immune to any further court proceeding, their newsletter talks about how great their lawyer referral service is because it brings in $$$ for them (not bc it does the community an actual service), they bend their own rules to their own liking when they want and no one can stop them. The opposing party even tried to have the amount of the award adjusted after the findings were filed, which the rules of arbitration prevent, and the LACBA allowed them to discuss this with the arbitrator again! Only a court can correct an arithmetic mistake. Unbelievable."

It must be urgently audited and investigated by the state and federal governments to render all victims whole again! Amen to that!"

"I have Medical Marlpractice case for my daughter's GBS maningitice , she is 5 years old. i already met 3 different lawyer, my last lawyer said we cannot win case to Hospital because they made medical record without ploblem( my daughter had meningitice symtoms, we talked to the hospital about it and the pediatrician consulted and was just discharged my daughter ), and we can win case to obstetrician but he siphone off all his property. last lawyer said this is unusual case. defendants they are run a way with sin. it's so unfair. i feel so sorry for my daughter who is disabled. please help us. my email : ."
