"This is a hidden gem. Especially when you are traveling with kids. Staff were friendly and efficient. When we arrived back at Long Beach Airport, my car was sitting right in front and ready to go. "I love flying out of Long Beach! It is so easy and the Valet is so convenient. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and do a fantastic job on the car wash. I love coming out to a clean car and a ice cold bottle of water. I highly recommend using this service."
"They are horrible. Literally dropped off bran new car and. Said the valet “take good care of her she’s bran new”. Then my friend said “yeah it’s her baby”. Tipped him well before. Got back. Paid for valet. Tipped well again. To get in my car to cracked windshield. All the way across driver side in clear view. I’m sure was seen when they brought her out. No one saying anything. Went to window. He was already opening when I came up. Can I help you? Yes my windshield is cracked. Of course they denied any wrong doing. Asked to be present for camera viewing with my attorney. They said no problem. To call to get we already viewed cameras and are denying responsibility. They are the worst valet ever. I will never valet with them again. And I travel a lot out of Long Beach."
