"They did a great job in fixing my porch archway back in May. They also re-sealed all the expansion joints around my house. I delay in writing this review because I want to be sure that their workmanship holds up. Lonestar informed me that the archway has a very shallow angle arch that could not support the weight of the bricks above them without a metal plate. The archway will fail again if they just relay the bricks as it were. I was surprised to learn that the developer/builder did not install a metal plate across the span of the archway. Lonestar provided me a lower cost option to replace the archway with a flat bridge (see before and after photos). They installed a thick piece of steel plate across to secure the bricks. The whole job took two days and JR was there both days to check on the job and did the final inspection. Very professional and cordial. When I was googling for masonry repair company. I found out that a number of websites were just a front for other masonry companies. Beware of these websites because the company that serves you will not be the company you read on the website. Lonestar is a real local masonry company in Burleson. I intentionally drove to their office address to pay for the repair down-payment. I highly recommend them."
