When I saw the models, I posted that the homes were beautiful. Now I live in one and the quality of the construction is very poor. The house is brand new and there are electrical issues, nails sticking out of walls, poor paint jobs, and other details. I've spoken to neighbors and they have issues too.

If I can do all over again I would purchase a home from century homes. The quality of work is poor and unprofessional. Contact the property manager Kyle many times in regarding unfinished worked and never hear from him till 1 week later. I have been living here since the beginning of March and have not heard a word from anyone regarding poor quality of work. Paint is so cheap that when a damp towels touches it. Paint will peel off. Nails sticking up from the carpet which cut my kids foot. Chip walls that was here before moving in is still unfinished. There’s so many things that I can say. I live on lot 122 if someone want to reach out. Im frustrated with the work ethic and the quality of my home. Currently still waiting on items to be repaired. I believe that with what I paid for I deserve better quality of work.

I am health care worker. I bought my house in last year during COVID pandemic. My neighbors got $2000 discount. I went to their office. And ask them about discount. They were so rude. They said I m not applicable for discount. My friend just bought the house. She got $1500 discount.
