Here are some reviews from our users.
"I worked with Sean from the Denver store to redo my floors. Their quote was less than half of what I was quoted by a competitor, and they actually came in under the quote after we returned unused materials. Friendly service, and VERY quick turn around. I think from the day I stepped foot in the store until the day my floors were done was about 2 weeks, which is crazy. Fast turn around for getting an estimate and getting things scheduled. I would highly recommend this store for new flooring!"
"I worked with Sean and the other associates at the Acoma St. store in Denver and it was a wonderful experience. I had at least two in-store visits, and a number of follow-up phone calls. Each time the customer service was excellent! Their products were priced lower lower than similar products elsewhere which was a bonus. Then, during the time between placing my order and the installation, my flooring went on sale and Sean informed me that they were adjusting my invoice to the lower price point. That impressed me. I will return to this store again for future flooring needs and recommend them to others."
"Abe was great! He found our past order from and got us set up for a new estimate to install the same product into an adjacent room. He was friendly and knowledgable. There is now a location closer to our house and he suggested we would take care of business through the Acoma store and be able to pick it up at the store closer to our home. I appreciated that convenience. We are looking forward to working with them again."
"Lumber Liquidators gave us by far the lowest-cost estimate on engineered hardwood floors and installation (we got estimates from three other contractors and Home Depot, so we did our homework). We were a little nervous to go with the cheapest option, but the installers who came to do the measurement showed up promptly on time, answered our questions and seemed very nice, so we went with it. We were not disappointed. The installers were great. They came out a couple days after the delivery, got here right when they said they would, got the job done quickly, and were very friendly. They accidentally floored over one of the vents, which I didn't notice until they left. I called the store and the installer called minutes later and came out the next day and fixed it in minutes. Awesome job, Lumber Liquidators. And the floors look fantastic!"
"Do not use this company if you want your project to be completed remotely on schedule. We ordered flooring from them mid-April and were told the product would be in the store in two to two and a half weeks. Here we are almost two months later and the product has not even shipped yet. This is costing us money as it is delaying the sale of our home and will now require us to hire someone to install the flooring to get it done ASAP. They seem completely unfazed by this and have offered no alternatives or concessions. Edit - I had contacted customer service before I posted this review and they were not helpful at all."
