Ridiculous, simply ridiculous. I used them for nearly 15 year, ordered a dozen of glasses... but today this is it! They have been deteriorating over the last 5 years by COVID made them the worst business possible: - no way to walk in and select glasses or even pick glasses. Appointment is needed. - when you arrive they meet you outside and walk you to a waiting area where you can spend anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours. - on average they re-do glasses 1.5 times due to lab mistakes. I mean you come to pick glasses, they do not match the prescription. 2 week later, new glasses still may not be okay. - average time to get glasses is 2-6 weeks due to long wait and re-dos! - staff is rude and unprofessional I understand that many businesses suffer during COVID but this is a whole new level of terrible service. Shame!

Came with my family because they recommended this location. Little wait time for eye appointment and immediately after, we sat with Stewart. Stewart was the best, never pushy patient and honest. Really helped me find the right pair of glasses for me, I enjoyed the process so much I actually got 2! If I ever need another pair I know exactly who I'm going to see... STEWART

I can’t even begin to tell you how much we adore Stewart. My entire family only goes with Stewart for our glasses and have been for years. He is patient, calm and can handle our three big personalities like a pro since we usually do all come in together. He is exactly what you need, he is honest, you truly need someone like that when finding glasses that will be apart of your everyday appearance. He will delicately tell you when they are “better options” when the glasses arent just right. He will cheer you on when you love a pair and they look good. He also is well versed in suggesting pairs and can help you with the plethora of choices. Also he showed me the way with sunglasses. I never knew I could be so happy with prescription sunglasses. In the past two shears I have purchased two sunglasses and four glasses. He is a great shopping buddy! And He is such a great asset to Linden. He also remembers you, asks about your family and makes it more of an experience than a transaction.

RUDE STAFF + SLOW SERVICE. I ordered a pair of glasses December 14. I was told they'd be in within 3 weeks. 3 weeks pass, no phone call, no email. I call and they say they're finishing them up and they'll be ready by Thursday. Still no call on Thursday, but OK, fine, I go in to pick up the glasses. After picking up the glasses, I try them on outside in my car without my mask - they are slipping down and the frame is blocking my vision. I go back in and ask the woman at the reception if they have any adhesive nose pads or another way to correct these frames, as they are clearly not working. She rudely asks if I have an appointment. Well, no - they hadn't even informed me that the glasses were ready when they were. She says they have no time for me and I will have to schedule a return appointment. I wound up just leaving and buying what I needed on Amazon for $8. I was very disappointed with my experience at Linden as a first-time customer. They were the closest optometrist that took m...

I recently visited the Linden office located on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Stewart who has to be your most successful, outstanding, outgoing, and knowledgeable staff members. After checking in at the door, I filled out a form on a clipboard, gave it to a young lady over the counter on the floor. I was taken in the back to a room where I waited for a while, after a few people went by I realized things were mixed up. I talked to another young lady about buying glasses. She went to look for my record at the counter for new glasses. She went to the back, I never saw her again. Another lady came through, she was busy. I said a few words and went back towards the back. I saw Stewart, mentioned it to him, but he was with a customer, but he offered to take me after his customer and let me know that I shouldn't be in the waiting room. Out of the three, he gave me the right direction. When the lady came back and gave me three choices, I chose Stewart....

While working with him, an older man returned to him to buy a second pair of glasses. He does it naturally without trying. I saw him adjusting things that were too close to the edge on the counter while his hands were full while observing the staff. That shows his dedication and professionalism. I think he's a star. If you ever receive a celebrity or a high level diplomat, I would strongly recommend Stewart. I noticed he takes on any available customer regardless of whether they're well dressed or not well dressed. He genuinely enjoys and is interested in each customer. This is karat gold. I would congratulate him if I were you and be on the lookout for recruiters, because it's rare to find someone with that much life, enthusiasm, salesmanship, enthusiasm, and professionalism in one individual. He does an excellent job in selling the product and making you feel like his best friend. Ricardo"
