They take too long to complete equipment repairs because they place more value on their commercial landscaping accounts. My snowblower took over a month to complete. No parts were needed to be ordered. They completed the repairs without an estimate for repairs and not contacting me first for authorization. Then I wanted it delivered and the woman who took my credit card information told me that Craig stated it’s normally $ for a one way delivery and they would do it for $. I said I usually pay $ for a two way delivery. So it should be only twenty. They charged me $. I AM DONE! Good work, but extremely high pricing. Darryl, you are a good man, but you lost me as a customer. After years, I will move on to my next shop to service all of my equipment. To make that extra $, it cost you a hell of a lot more money. That is a very poor business decision. I liked Liffco better when they were in the original small shop. It was so much better."
