"I’m the member of this gym for almost 4 years and my 6 yr daughter is in the swim team. Before their pool and everything about it was great but these past two years their management in the pool and the swim team was awful and completely unorganized. Nobody care and nobody doesn’t want do anything. These kids are great but they don’t take it seriously. Don’t waste your money for this gym. They are mess"
"Overall had a great experience when I went to visit Houston and needed to purchase a day pass at a nearby gym. Ronny at account services was super helpful and very hospitable! Everything was relatively clean and everyone was in the zone as they worked out, so overall enjoyed the gym environment while I was there"
"Overpriced, consistently cutting amenities since Covid and raising prices. Nice equipment but not worth the cost. Have a whole area upstairs that is only for additional fee / classes that no one ever uses. Left after being a member for 4 years to go to another club in the area that is % cheaper with more amenities. Do better."
"Good gym but the lifetime spa employees try to over charge so be aware! Paying $ a month you would expect the staff to not try and pull a fast one on you and try to overcharge me. I got a massage at the spa last week and at the end my masseuse said “I recommend a bath after this with a bath bomb, I have a great CBD bath Bomb for you”. When ringing me up I was expecting it to be the promo price online of $.They charged me $ for the massage and $ for the bath Bomb that I didn’t ask for bringing my total to $ with tax. My Roomate said she got a massage here a few weeks ago and did the same but her masseuse said “here is a complementary bath bomb” and charged her for it. They should of said would you like a bath bomb it’s $ or offer you it as a add on… not just give it to you saying it’s complementary and then charge you. Ya it’s just $ but it’s the fact she was trying to be sneaky that bothered me and now I get my massages elsewhere."
"There is a family locker room meant for use by families, and every time we use it, without fail, there are always childless adults, usually men, using the toilets and showers and lockers. On more than one occasion, it was employees.Today my 3 year old daughter had to use the toilet, and both were occupied, so she had to wait. Both toilets were being used by men not accompanied by children. I have to change my daughters in and out of their swimsuits, and at any second an adult without any children could walk in from the pool or lobby area, or from the toilets or SHOWERS."
