I was worried about completing the online portion in time for the in-person class later that day at 5pm, so I called to see if they could expedite sending me the online course code. As the phone was ringing, I saw they had already sent it and the woman I spoke to on the phone said she had noticed I signed up for the class later that day and made sure to send the code right away so I could be ready for the 5pm class. The in-person class was fantastic! Our instructor was Kynzii and she was excellent. She did a great job teaching and had excellent pacing as well. I felt like all my questions were answered and I am now confident in my CPR/First Aid skills!"
